No. Entry is free, and buying a product does not increase your chances. There is no newsletter, review or 30-day progress requirement.
Is this a fully paid trip to any destination?
The prize is €1,500 total in transport and accommodation bookings for two people. Destination and dates are agreed with the winner, subject to availability and the budget. Optional extras and personal travel documents are your responsibility. Krelune covers any applicable prize tax separately.
How is the winner chosen?
One winner is selected at random from all valid entries on 15 January 2027 using a documented, impartial process. The selected person is contacted by email by 22 January 2027.
What if I have not stopped after 30 days?
You can still enter. Personal progress is not an entry requirement, and no product result is guaranteed.
Can I enter from another country?

2. Who can enter
Entry is open to people aged 18 or over who live in the European Netherlands, Germany, France, Sweden or the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. This initial edition is not open to residents of other countries or territories, including the Caribbean parts of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The organiser, people directly involved in administering the giveaway and members of their households cannot enter. The winner's travel companion must also be at least 18.
3. How and when to enter
Enter through the giveaway form on the Krelune website from 4 October 2026 until 31 December 2026 at 23:59, Europe/Amsterdam time. Provide your name, email address and eligible country of residence, confirm that you are 18 or over and accept these terms. Only entries successfully received during this period count.
Entry is free. Buying products does not enter you automatically or improve your chances. There is one valid entry per person; if you submit duplicates, only the first valid entry counts. A newsletter subscription, positive review, social follow, photograph or proof of a product result is not required. The guide and 30-day tick-off card are optional and do not affect your chances.
4. Selecting the winner
One winner will be selected impartially at random on 15 January 2027 at 12:00, Europe/Amsterdam time, in Zoetermeer. Every valid entry has an equal chance; the odds depend on the number of valid entries received. House of Krelune will document the draw and verify eligibility before confirming the award. Incomplete, ineligible or fraudulent entries may be excluded on these grounds.
5. The prize
The prize is €1,500 net total booking budget for transport and accommodation for the winner and one adult companion. It is one shared budget, not €1,500 per person. House of Krelune will agree the destination, dates and booking with the winner and pay the travel providers directly. Mandatory booking fees and travel taxes are included within the €1,500 booking budget. Any applicable tax on the prize is paid by House of Krelune in addition, using the rate applicable when the prize is provided.
The prize is not cash and an unused balance cannot be exchanged for cash. The winner can choose arrangements within the budget without any claim or administration charge. A more expensive option is available only if the winner knowingly and voluntarily agrees to pay the clearly stated extra cost. Meals, optional activities, insurance and other personal extras are not included unless expressly included in the agreed booking. Travel documents and entry requirements must be met by both travellers.
The prize arrangements will be made within 30 days after the winner claims the prize. The trip must take place within 12 months of the winner's notification. Bookings are subject to actual availability. If the agreed booking cannot be supplied, House of Krelune will agree an alternative of equal value with the winner; the prize value will not be reduced. Travel-provider terms will be shown before a booking is agreed.
6. Notification and claiming
The selected entrant will be contacted personally at the entry email address by 22 January 2027. They have 14 days from the first notification to respond and claim the prize. If there is no response, a second email will be sent seven days after the first. No payment is required to claim or receive the prize.
If the selected entrant is ineligible, does not claim within this period or declines the prize, another winner will be selected at random from the remaining valid entries and contacted under the same process. This does not create an additional prize.
7. Winner information
No photograph, testimonial, social post or promotional appearance is required. A surname and country may be disclosed only where required by law or reasonably requested to confirm that a valid award took place. In particular, entrants in the United Kingdom can object to publication or request that the amount of information disclosed is reduced by emailing the organiser. Necessary evidence may still be supplied to the relevant regulator, including the Advertising Standards Authority. Other participants' details will not be published.
8. Personal data
House of Krelune uses your name, email, country, age confirmation and acceptance of the terms to administer entries, prevent duplicates, verify eligibility, contact the winner and handle complaints. Shopify processes the website contact form and sends its submission to the organiser by email. No health information, review or photograph is requested. Information necessary for an agreed travel booking is requested only from the winner and companion and shared only with the relevant travel providers.
Entry data will not be used to subscribe you to marketing. Non-winner entry records will be deleted or anonymised within 90 days after the award, unless a complaint or legal obligation requires longer retention. 9. Questions and complaints
Email hello@krelune.com. House of Krelune aims to acknowledge complaints within seven days and provide a substantive response within 30 days. Your statutory consumer and privacy rights remain applicable. Dutch law applies to these terms without removing mandatory protections available to residents of the eligible countries.

2. Wie kan deelnemen
De winactie is toegankelijk voor personen van 18 jaar en ouder die wonen in Europees Nederland, Duitsland, Frankrijk, Zweden of het Verenigd Koninkrijk, inclusief Noord-Ierland. Deze eerste editie is niet toegankelijk voor inwoners van andere landen of gebieden, waaronder de Caribische delen van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden. De organisator, personen die rechtstreeks bij de uitvoering betrokken zijn en leden van hun huishoudens zijn uitgesloten. De reisgenoot van de winnaar moet ook minimaal 18 jaar zijn.
3. Hoe en wanneer deelnemen
Vul het winactieformulier op de Krelune-website in tussen 4 oktober 2026 en 31 december 2026 om 23:59 uur, tijdzone Europe/Amsterdam. Vermeld je naam, e-mailadres en toegelaten woonland, bevestig dat je 18 jaar of ouder bent en accepteer deze voorwaarden. Alleen inzendingen die tijdens deze periode succesvol zijn ontvangen tellen mee.
Deelname is gratis. Een aankoop schrijft je niet automatisch in en vergroot je winkans niet. Er telt één geldige deelname per persoon; bij dubbele inzendingen telt uitsluitend de eerste geldige inzending. Een nieuwsbriefinschrijving, positieve review, socialmedia-volgactie, foto of bewijs van een productresultaat is niet nodig. De gids en de 30-dagenafvinkkaart zijn optioneel en hebben geen invloed op de winkans.
4. Selectie van de winnaar
Op 15 januari 2027 om 12:00 uur, tijdzone Europe/Amsterdam, in Zoetermeer wordt één winnaar onpartijdig en willekeurig geselecteerd. Iedere geldige deelname heeft dezelfde kans; de werkelijke winkans hangt af van het aantal geldige inzendingen. House of Krelune documenteert de selectie en controleert de deelnamegerechtigdheid vóór bevestiging van de prijs. Onvolledige, niet-gerechtigde of frauduleuze inzendingen kunnen op deze gronden worden uitgesloten.
5. De prijs
De prijs is €1.500 netto totaal boekingsbudget voor vervoer en verblijf voor de winnaar en één volwassen reisgenoot. Het is één gedeeld budget, niet €1.500 per persoon. House of Krelune stemt bestemming, data en boeking met de winnaar af en betaalt de reisaanbieders rechtstreeks. Verplichte boekingskosten en reisbelastingen vallen binnen het boekingsbudget van €1.500. Eventueel verschuldigde belasting op de prijs betaalt House of Krelune daarbovenop, volgens het tarief dat geldt bij verstrekking van de prijs.
De prijs is geen contant geld en een ongebruikt saldo kan niet in geld worden uitbetaald. De winnaar kan een reis binnen het budget kiezen zonder claim- of administratiekosten. Een duurdere optie is alleen mogelijk als de winnaar bewust en vrijwillig instemt met de vooraf duidelijk vermelde eigen bijbetaling. Maaltijden, optionele activiteiten, verzekeringen en andere persoonlijke extra's zijn niet inbegrepen, tenzij ze uitdrukkelijk in de afgesproken boeking zijn opgenomen. Beide reizigers moeten voldoen aan reisdocument- en toegangsvereisten.
De prijsafspraken worden binnen 30 dagen na het claimen van de prijs gemaakt. De reis vindt plaats binnen 12 maanden na kennisgeving aan de winnaar. Boekingen zijn afhankelijk van werkelijke beschikbaarheid. Kan de afgesproken boeking niet worden geleverd, dan stemt House of Krelune met de winnaar een alternatief van gelijke waarde af; de prijswaarde wordt niet verminderd. Voorwaarden van de reisaanbieders worden getoond voordat een boeking wordt afgesproken.
6. Kennisgeving en claimen
De geselecteerde deelnemer krijgt uiterlijk 22 januari 2027 een persoonlijke e-mail op het opgegeven adres. Vanaf de eerste kennisgeving zijn er 14 dagen om te reageren en de prijs te claimen. Bij uitblijven van een reactie volgt zeven dagen na de eerste e-mail een tweede poging. Er is geen betaling nodig om de prijs te claimen of te ontvangen.
Is de geselecteerde deelnemer niet gerechtigd, wordt de prijs niet binnen deze termijn geclaimd of wordt deze afgewezen, dan wordt uit de resterende geldige inzendingen willekeurig een andere winnaar geselecteerd. Dezelfde contact- en claimprocedure geldt. Dit levert geen extra prijs op.
7. Informatie over de winnaar
Een foto, testimonial, socialmediabericht of promotioneel optreden is niet verplicht. Alleen een achternaam en woonland kunnen worden verstrekt wanneer de wet dat vereist of wanneer dit redelijkerwijs wordt gevraagd om een geldige prijsuitkering te bevestigen. Deelnemers uit het Verenigd Koninkrijk kunnen per e-mail bezwaar maken tegen publicatie of vragen minder informatie te delen. Noodzakelijk bewijs kan wel aan de bevoegde toezichthouder, waaronder de Advertising Standards Authority, worden verstrekt. Gegevens van andere deelnemers worden niet gepubliceerd.
8. Persoonsgegevens
House of Krelune gebruikt je naam, e-mail, woonland, leeftijdsbevestiging en acceptatie van de voorwaarden voor deelnamebeheer, controle op dubbele inzendingen en deelnamegerechtigdheid, contact met de winnaar en klachtenbehandeling. Shopify verwerkt het contactformulier op de website en verstuurt de inzending per e-mail aan de organisator. Gezondheidsgegevens, reviews en foto's worden niet gevraagd. Gegevens die nodig zijn voor een afgesproken reisboeking worden alleen bij de winnaar en reisgenoot opgevraagd en uitsluitend met de betreffende reisaanbieders gedeeld.
Je deelname schrijft je niet in voor marketing. Inzendingen van niet-winnaars worden binnen 90 dagen na de prijsuitkering verwijderd of geanonimiseerd, tenzij een klacht of wettelijke verplichting langere bewaring vereist. Gegevens van de winnaar die nodig zijn voor fiscale of andere wettelijke verplichtingen worden gedurende de vereiste termijn bewaard. 9. Vragen en klachten
Mail hello@krelune.com. House of Krelune streeft naar een ontvangstbevestiging van klachten binnen zeven dagen en een inhoudelijke reactie binnen 30 dagen. Wettelijke consumenten- en privacyrechten blijven van toepassing. Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing, zonder verplichte bescherming voor inwoners van de toegelaten landen uit te sluiten.

Ce jeu est ouvert aux personnes âgées d'au moins 18 ans résidant aux Pays-Bas européens, en Allemagne, en France, en Suède ou au Royaume-Uni, y compris en Irlande du Nord. Cette première édition n'est pas ouverte aux résidents d'autres pays ou territoires, notamment des parties caribéennes du Royaume des Pays-Bas. L'organisateur, les personnes directement impliquées dans la gestion du jeu et les membres de leur foyer ne peuvent pas participer. La personne accompagnant le gagnant doit également avoir au moins 18 ans.
3. Modalités et période de participation
Complétez le formulaire du jeu sur le site Krelune entre le 4 octobre 2026 et le 31 décembre 2026 à 23 h 59, fuseau horaire Europe/Amsterdam. Indiquez votre nom, votre adresse e-mail et votre pays de résidence admissible, confirmez avoir au moins 18 ans et acceptez ce règlement. Seules les participations effectivement reçues pendant cette période sont prises en compte.
La participation est gratuite. Un achat ne vous inscrit pas automatiquement et n'augmente pas vos chances. Une seule participation valable par personne est retenue ; en cas de doublons, seule la première participation valable compte. Aucun abonnement à une newsletter, avis positif, abonnement sur les réseaux sociaux, photographie ou preuve de résultat du produit n'est requis. Le guide et la fiche de suivi de 30 jours sont facultatifs et n'influencent pas les chances de gagner.
4. Sélection du gagnant
Une personne gagnante sera sélectionnée de manière impartiale et aléatoire le 15 janvier 2027 à 12 h 00, fuseau horaire Europe/Amsterdam, à Zoetermeer. Chaque participation valable a la même chance ; les probabilités dépendent du nombre de participations valables reçues. House of Krelune documente la sélection et vérifie l'admissibilité avant de confirmer l'attribution. Les participations incomplètes, non admissibles ou frauduleuses peuvent être exclues pour ces motifs.
5. Le prix
Le prix est un budget net total de réservation de 1 500 € pour le transport et l'hébergement du gagnant et d'un accompagnant adulte. Il s'agit d'un budget partagé, et non de 1 500 € par personne. House of Krelune convient avec le gagnant de la destination, des dates et de la réservation, puis paie directement les prestataires de voyage. Les frais obligatoires de réservation et les taxes de voyage sont compris dans ce budget de 1 500 €. Toute taxe applicable au prix est prise en charge par House of Krelune en supplément, selon le taux applicable lors de la remise du prix.
Le prix n'est pas versé en espèces et tout solde inutilisé ne peut être échangé contre de l'argent. Le gagnant peut choisir un voyage dans la limite du budget sans frais de réclamation ni frais administratifs. Une option plus coûteuse n'est possible que si le gagnant accepte volontairement et en connaissance de cause de payer le supplément clairement indiqué à l'avance. Les repas, activités facultatives, assurances et autres dépenses personnelles ne sont pas compris, sauf s'ils sont expressément inclus dans la réservation convenue. Les deux voyageurs doivent respecter les exigences relatives aux documents de voyage et à l'entrée dans la destination.
Les modalités du prix seront convenues dans les 30 jours suivant sa réclamation. Le voyage doit avoir lieu dans les 12 mois suivant la notification au gagnant. Les réservations dépendent des disponibilités réelles. Si la réservation convenue ne peut être fournie, House of Krelune conviendra avec le gagnant d'une solution de valeur équivalente ; la valeur du prix ne sera pas réduite. Les conditions des prestataires de voyage seront présentées avant accord sur la réservation.
6. Notification et réclamation
La personne sélectionnée sera contactée personnellement à l'adresse e-mail fournie au plus tard le 22 janvier 2027. Elle disposera de 14 jours à compter de la première notification pour répondre et réclamer son prix. Sans réponse, un second e-mail sera envoyé sept jours après le premier. Aucun paiement n'est nécessaire pour réclamer ou recevoir le prix.
Si la personne sélectionnée n'est pas admissible, ne réclame pas le prix dans ce délai ou le refuse, une autre personne gagnante sera sélectionnée aléatoirement parmi les participations valables restantes et contactée selon la même procédure. Aucun prix supplémentaire n'est créé.
7. Informations sur le gagnant
Aucune photographie, aucun témoignage, aucune publication sur les réseaux sociaux ni participation promotionnelle n'est obligatoire. Seuls un nom de famille et un pays peuvent être communiqués lorsque la loi l'exige ou sur demande raisonnable pour confirmer une attribution valable. Les participants du Royaume-Uni peuvent s'opposer à la publication ou demander une réduction des informations communiquées en écrivant à l'organisateur. Les justificatifs nécessaires peuvent néanmoins être transmis à l'autorité compétente, notamment à l'Advertising Standards Authority. Les données des autres participants ne seront pas publiées.
8. Données personnelles
House of Krelune utilise votre nom, votre e-mail, votre pays, votre confirmation d'âge et votre acceptation du règlement pour gérer les participations, éviter les doublons, vérifier l'admissibilité, contacter le gagnant et traiter les réclamations. Shopify traite le formulaire de contact du site et transmet la participation à l'organisateur par e-mail. Aucune donnée de santé, aucun avis ni aucune photographie ne sont demandés. Les informations nécessaires à une réservation convenue sont demandées uniquement au gagnant et à son accompagnant et ne sont partagées qu'avec les prestataires de voyage concernés.
Participer ne vous abonne pas à des communications commerciales. Les données des personnes non gagnantes seront supprimées ou anonymisées dans les 90 jours suivant l'attribution du prix, sauf si une réclamation ou une obligation légale impose une conservation plus longue. Les documents du gagnant nécessaires aux obligations fiscales ou légales sont conservés pendant la durée requise.
