Shipping policy

Where we ship. The United States, the Netherlands, the rest of the EU and a set of international destinations including the UK, Canada and Australia.

Rates. United States: $5.95, free on orders over $30. Netherlands: €6.95, free on orders over €30. Other EU countries: €12.95, free on orders over €30. Other international destinations: €19.95, free on orders over €30. The exact rate always shows at checkout before you pay.

Processing. Orders are packed by our fulfillment partner within 2 to 5 business days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Transit. Typically 3 to 8 business days in the United States. International deliveries can take longer and may be subject to local import charges depending on your country.

Late? If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of the ship notice, contact us via the contact page and we chase it or replace it.
