Refund policy

The 30 day promise. Try any Krelune product for up to 30 days from the day it is delivered. If it did not help you, contact us within those 30 days via the contact page or by replying to any of our emails (one message with your order number is enough) and we refund your full purchase price, even if the product is opened or used up.

No return shipping, no forms. You keep the product; nothing needs to be sent back.

Refund timing. Full refund to your original payment method, processed within 2 business days of your request and typically visible within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Window. 30 days from the carrier confirmed delivery date.

Scope. The guarantee covers one order per customer, including multi pack orders.

Damaged or incorrect orders. Send a photo with your order number via the contact page and we replace or refund at no cost, separate from this guarantee.

Your legal rights. This guarantee comes on top of your statutory rights, including the EU 14 day right of withdrawal where it applies.
